This cute West Bountiful family home is up for grabs. Recently selling twice at $315,000 and $318,000 only to have buyer's funding fall through just before closing both times. Needless to say, we are halfway packed and really ready to move on with our family plans, but need to sell this home first. I am looking for a family that wants a home that is move in ready. Preferably someone that can purchase without a contingency of home sale and no Real Estate agents please. We have lived here for about 10 years and in that time we have upgraded/remodeled/gutted/expanded
this home toward a complete makeover. The home has appraised at $315,000, but I'm only asking $289,000 if we can avoid above stated fees I will pass the saving on to my buyer's. I have an attorney that will manage the transaction in play at seller expense if that makes a buyer more comfortable.
West Bountiful and this particular spot is a great place to live; close to great schools (Bountiful High & Viewmont High), The best shopping areas in Bountiful, Hospitals, Freeway access, the recreation center, a trail head for Legacy Trail, and so much more! The neighbors are phenomenal, you really can't do any better than what we have here.
The home has been through two sale cycles; so it's been appraised twice and inspected twice. I made all requested repairs (and they were all cosmetic). The home is ready for someone else to love it for a time.
